A blend of the following styles can be offered

The Full Body Circulatory Massage ~

An escape to a place of Zen.  A relaxing Swedish style massage with organic oils. It is excellent for relaxation, reducing muscle tension and increasing circulation. Light, medium and firm pressure can be applied. 

Deep Tissue Massage ~

Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Prenatal Massage ~

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. The gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor and give her nurturing emotional support.

Oncology Massage~

Oncology massage complements standard cancer therapies with the potential to reduce side effects resulting from radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. It also provides an opportunity to calm the stress, fear and anxiety associated with a cancer diagnosis.  

Geriatric Massage~

Massage for the elderly uses gentle techniques to work on the muscles without causing excessive friction to the skin. Massage enhances blood circulation, combats depression, improves flexibility and reduces pain. It also has been shown to relieve anxiety and provide comfort, especially to touch-deprived elderly clients.

Spa Package~

No need to travel to the spa. This add on will take you there. Hot stones, heated moist towels and extra foot massage, aromatherapy and relaxing scalp massage are incorporated into your luxurious treatment. All that plus a warmed table and scented linens to lure you into deep relaxation. Ahhh...

Reflexology Foot Massage~
(Additional 15 minutes)

Reflexology is a therapy based on the ancient Chinese philosophy that the feet are a road map of the body. Since specific areas of the feet correspond to specific organs and systems in the body, the application of acupressure and massage to these areas can create balance and free energy flow.

 Scalp/Head Massage~
(Additional 15 minutes)

Scalp/Head massage may help relieve stress and reduce tension. It may also ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation and create a general feeling of well-being.
